Rhode Island Health Care Exchange

Rhode Island is a small state writ, large for its innovation in health care. As one of the state providers of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Rhode Island wanted to establish a unique and novel platform to incentvize enrollment among individuals and small businesses, promote better health of all Rhode Islanders, and generate revenues for long-term operation of their Exchange. We developed a consumer services platform that will accomplish all of this and more for Rhode Island and for any other state wishing to work with Songmasters to adopt this platform.
